About the Campaign:

Eat More Kale is a local eating, healthy living campaign to help people eat fresh and local all year round! We’re helping to spread the word about the powers of kale with our educational, interactive and yummy kale workshops.

 Why Kale?

For Vancouver, kale is symbolic of local and nutritious food because it is readily available,  growing year round and highly nutritious – it has more nutrients per calorie than any other plant!

Our Kale Workshops:

Upcoming workshops can be found here on our events calendar.  The Eat More Kale workshop covers simple recipes for you to taste, nutritional facts and tips on growing and harvesting – even if you live in an apartment. You’ll leave our workshops with yummy samples, new recipes and tips on all things kale. You will also have a chance to win our draw prize,  The Book of Kale

To learn more, get involved or partner with the Eat More Kale campaign you can contact us or come visit us at the garden during our Drop In Mondays.

Workshops and presentations can also be booked for your organization, company, workplace or friends.

Just contact us – we love hearing from you!
